UCSD Hispanic Scholarship CouncilThe UCSD Hispanic Scholarship Council is dedicated to creating educational opportunities for young men and women of great promise but limited resources. The funds currently are raised through the Council’s annual Fiesta de las Estrellas scholarship benefit, that not only supports students who represent our future, but also recognizes the achievements of today's Hispanic leaders.


Hispanic Scholarship Council scholarships are awarded in connection with the Chancellor's Scholars Program to outstanding students of Hispanic heritage* who demonstrate financial need, as well as to graduates of The Preuss School of any ethnicity who choose to attend UCSD.

*chosen through the process of "student-to-fund matching."
