The UCSD Athletics Board supports the creation of an environment of continued excellence within the Triton Athletics program by developing ongoing fundraising opportunities, cultivating major gifts, and providing advisory to enhance the student-athlete experience, facilities and programs.

The board works with the university to enhance UCSD Athletics by building community awareness of the program, focusing on student-athlete recruitment, maintenance of facilities and equipment and overall advancement of the program.


The group works to secure private support for the program in general, as well as major Athletics initiatives, as the program, which boasts nearly 30 national championships to date, works toward its goal of becoming the top Division II program in the nation.
