Setting Up Your Fund(s)

Pauline Thonnard will help your group set up the fund by determining what information will be needed. In general, the following needs to be provided:

- Fund Name
- Purpose and Restrictions
- Program (Fund) Director Contact Information
- Business Officer Contact Information


There are two short forms that will need to be filled out and signed:

- Fund Information Sheet
- Signature Authorization Form

Pauline will take the information that your group provides and help to complete these forms.
