Getting the Gift Form

In order to set up the actual Gift Form, you will need the following information for your group: A .gif image with the banner you would like to display at the top of the giving page. Usually this is the same banner as the web page that calls the giving page. We prefer to have the banner 700 pixels wide by however high you need it.

• Text for a header that will be displayed directly below the banner image (most like the title of your fund).
• E-mail address to receive e-mails as each gift is authorized electronically.
• Url of page we should return the visitor to once they have completed the online gift.
• Fund number to credit for all gifts.

This information must be sent to Raymond Young at the UCSD foundation. Once this information is received, the Foundation's web technicians can create a URL which your webmaster will link to the "Give Online" button on your website's Giving Page. Using this URL will automatically customize a special giving form for you.
