Private support can enrich day-to-day student life at UC San Diego by helping us build a better campus – expanding and improving student services and facilities which increase opportunities for enrichment outside the classroom.  Our goals include:

• Student Life Programming:  By assisting student organizations with unique programming, supporting student organizations (SOLO), and bringing more affordable performing arts events to UCSD through programs such as ArtPower!, we can make on-campus life even more vibrant and engaging. 

• International Community:  Improvements and expansion of the International Center and increased support for campus-wide programming at International House, plus support services for study-abroad and international students, will enable us to nurture global perspectives.

• Wellness Center:  Imagine a new facility, at the center of the campus, to help our students achieve a healthy, proactive and balanced lifestyle.  Programs will include student health and psychological services, nutrition and health classes, recreation facilities and spiritual support.

• Provosts’ Innovation Funds:  Private gifts can support activities that promote a greater sense of community within UCSD’s six undergraduate colleges.
